Job summary

MedMe Health Limited is seeking a Pharmacy Program Manager to design pharmacist-facing workflows and clinical services within the MedMe platform. The role partners with Product, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to translate real-world pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and policy considerations into scalable software workflows.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with a Canadian provincial regulatory authority.
• 3+ years of practice experience, ideally in community pharmacy.
• Hands-on experience with expanded-scope services (e.g., vaccinations, disease management).
• Ability to translate guidelines into buildable product requirements.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions incl. US recommended.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine pharmacist-facing workflows grounded in real-world practice.
• Contribute to scoping discussions by assessing feasibility, usability, and regulatory alignment.
• Participate in feedback loops including UAT and pilot deployments.
• Translate regulatory changes into structured product behavior and documentation.
• Design end-to-end clinical workflows considering the patient care journey.
• Clinically validate services against jurisdictional requirements.
• Support pilots and document real-world constraints and edge cases.
• Assist onboarding of new or updated clinical services and workflows.
• Support data standardization across clinical services for value-based contracts.
