ADUSA Brand pharmacies is seeking a Pharmacy leader to develop and advance clinical programs, immunizations, MTM and other pharmacist-driven services to improve patient outcomes. The role focuses on expanding reimbursement performance and coordinating with multiple teams across Legal, Compliance and Operations.

The position supports hybrid work with 3 in-person days at core locations including Scarborough, ME, Quincy, MA, and more; occasional travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
• 3+ years of active practice in retail or similar setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to work in both virtual and in-person environments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate or develop clinical programs and services to improve health outcomes and support Brand pharmacy financial performance.
• Lead clinical protocol management and update immunization standing orders and other protocols.
• Identify best practices and evaluate new clinical services for implementation.
• Refine clinical tools to improve patient engagement and scheduling/adherence workflows.
• Understand managed care payment standards to inform program decisions.
• Collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Outcomes Reporting, and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Manage vendor relationships including onboarding and contracting.
• Perform additional duties to support business needs.
