Job summary

Amplity, the full-service partner for biopharma, seeks a Hybrid Sales Representative to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales through virtual and in-person interactions across an assigned region.

Expect ~30% travel, home office/field work, and a base salary of $90,000–$93,000 with consideration of experience and location. This role supports training, CRM updates, and territory plans within a compliant framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years of successful pharma or life science sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual engagement tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience conducting both virtual and in-person customer interactions.
• Experience working with multiple products or managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience collaborating with external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting assigned products through a blend of virtual and in-person engagements with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, key accounts, and client stakeholders to support territory growth and achieve business objectives.
• Deliver compliant, value-based product education and clinical information tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans, leveraging market insights, sales data, and competitive intelligence to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer experience and support customer pull-through initiatives.
• Maintain a patient-focused approach while demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and sound business judgment in a competitive environment.
