Job summary

Eliassen Group in Charlotte, NC, seeks a PGO Training and Workforce Program Manager to set strategic direction and manage lighting training initiatives within Power Grid Operations. The role defines programs aligned to workforce strategies, partners with organizational leaders, and oversees schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years with degree or 10+ years with HS diploma, plus experience in ADDIE and training development.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of related work experience with a bachelor's or technical degree.
• Ten or more years of related work experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience delivering training or development initiatives.
• Experience with training methodologies and the ADDIE framework.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate issues and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and manager for PGO lighting training programs including curricula.
• Lead ADDIE process to implement lighting training initiatives.
• Engage leaders and SMEs to set strategies, priorities, program direction.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor training activities to meet scope, budget, timeline.
• Manage program costs and assess impacts of change.
• Stay current on business developments and industry trends affecting skills.
• Create solutions to reconcile training gaps and identify cost improvements.
• Inform stakeholders and communicate lighting activities across levels.
• Provide strategic input for current and future lighting program development.
