Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for the PGO Lighting Training and Workforce program. You will establish strategic direction, design training, and coordinate multiple stakeholder groups to advance lighting initiatives.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource negotiation to ensure on-time, within-budget program delivery across multiple locations. Travel and hybrid onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with six years related work experience.
• In lieu of degree, 10 years related work experience with High School/GED.
• Communication, Curriculum Development, Training and Program Management.
• Travel requirement: 50%+ of time.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite per week, reachable commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and manager for PGO lighting training programs (initial, continuing, emergent).
• Manage program costs and estimate impacts of changes.
• Engage business units to establish strategies and priorities for programs.
• Lead ADDIE process to implement lighting training initiatives.
• Engage SMEs and leaders to set strategic direction for lighting training.
• Monitor industry trends and impacts on lighting initiatives; adjust as needed.
• Communicate status to stakeholders verbally and in writing.
• Provide recommendations to management and support delivery of program deliverables.
