Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Workforce Program Manager in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) for a 36‑month program within PGO Training and Workforce. You will establish strategic direction for Lighting initiatives, define training programs, and coordinate resources to ensure timely, on‑budget program delivery.

The ideal candidate will own outcomes, demonstrate decisiveness, and influence leadership to align training with workforce strategies and operational objectives. Travel is required across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree AND six (6) years minimum related work experience.
• In lieu of Technical degree(s) AND 6 years related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 10 years related work experience.
• Experience with training design, development and delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert and manager for PGO lighting training programs (initial, continuing, & emergent)
• Manages program costs and estimates impacts of changes
• Engages business unit leaders to establish strategies and incorporate priorities into the applicable programs
• Leads the ADDIE process to implement lighting training initiatives
• Engages SMEs and leaders to establish strategic direction and lighting training initiatives
• Remains aware of business developments and industry trends affecting lighting initiatives
• Creates innovative solutions to address lighting training discrepancies
• Communicates with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
• Informs and directs stakeholders regarding lighting activities
