Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain P&C license within 30 days if not licensed.

Responsabilités

• Update client management and carrier systems; input quotes and endorsements.
• Follow up with clients on incomplete applications and forms.
• Complete special projects by the expected deadline.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet deadlines in coordination with leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Attend market or client discovery meetings and stewardship meetings.
