TrueNorth seeks an Account Specialist to join our Personal Lines team in Denver, CO, with options in Rosemont, IL; West Des Moines, IA; or Cedar Rapids, IA. This role supports account management and administration of life and health insurance products, delivering exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain P&C license within 30 days if not licensed.

Responsibilities

• Update client management and carrier systems; enter quotes and endorsements.
• Follow up with clients on incomplete applications and forms.
• Complete special projects by the stated deadline.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Attend market or client discovery/planning meetings.
• Review incoming applications and changes; input data into systems.
