Job summary

TrueNorth Companies, a nationwide risk management and employee benefits firm, seeks an Account Specialist to support Personal Lines across our Denver, CO; Rosemont, IL; West Des Moines, IA; and Cedar Rapids, IA offices. You will assist with account management, quotes, endorsements, and client communications.

The role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and ongoing professional development, with a focus on confidentiality and relationship-building with clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update client management and carrier systems; enter quotes and endorsements.
• Follow up with clients on incomplete applications and change forms.
• Complete special projects with deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Meet renewal and project deadlines with leadership guidance.
• Organize time to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
