TrueNorth Companies is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and service a diverse client base. The role involves renewals, coverage reviews, and ongoing client support, with travel to designated offices as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required for the role.
• Two or four-year degree preferred; industry experience valued.
• P&C license is required to operate in personal lines.
• Experience in personal lines insurance is required.
• Experience managing client accounts in personal lines is required.
• One year of EPIC or agency CRM experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) desired.
• Prior customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a book of clients while meeting service standards, deadlines, and renewal timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—answer questions, explain coverage, analyze exposures, and recommend policy adjustments.
• Manage renewals and policy reviews by evaluating options and negotiating with carriers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams for a high-quality experience.
• Support client growth through referrals and marketing/placement of new and renewal business.
• Coordinate internal resources to support clients throughout the account lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate policy, renewal, and payment records; stay current on personal lines trends.
• Collaborate with producers and regional offices to align processes and client strategies; travel as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and client experience; support special projects.
