Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two or four-year degree preferred.
• P&C license required.
• Experience working in personal lines insurance required.
• Experience managing client accounts in personal lines required.
• 1 year of agency CRM/EPIC experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Prior customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a book of clients and renewals.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, explain coverage and adjust coverages.
• Manage renewals and policy reviews with carriers.
• Build relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Support client growth through referrals and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate internal resources to support clients through the account lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate policy, renewal, and payment records.
• Collaborate with producers and regional offices; travel to clients as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and client experience.
