Morse Insurance Agency, a division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in North Easton, MA. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on managing a personal lines book, servicing clients, and coordinating with carriers to tailor coverage.

You will collaborate with producers and team members to support growth and retention, while maintaining accurate policy records and delivering proactive service.

Qualifications

• Three years of personal lines insurance or account management experience.
• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by responding to policy inquiries, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, and service requests.
• Market and remarket personal lines accounts to identify competitive coverage options and support retention.
• Analyze policies to identify gaps, discounts, and recommendations aligned with client needs.
• Quote and service personal lines across multiple carrier platforms to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Collaborate with producers and internal teams to support account growth and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and policy records in the agency management system.
