Job summary

Prime Buchholz LLC in Portsmouth, NH seeks a Performance Analyst to calculate and reconcile investment performance for our investment teams and clients. The role is based in Portsmouth, NH with commuting distance required.

You’ll learn investment concepts, perform data-driven calculations, and support multiple departments across the firm. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or business required.
• Strong analytical and numeric skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Learn, then apply investment knowledge to select benchmarks and peer universe for investments.
• Use custodian bank downloads and data files for performance input.
• Maintain monthly cash flows for 25–30 client accounts and reconcile valuations and returns.
• Calculate portfolio characteristics for client reports including equity, fixed income, hedge funds, and real assets.
• Deliver accurate monthly summaries and quarterly client reports.
