Callan in Portland, OR is seeking a Performance Analyst to join the Client Report Services (CRS) team. You will calculate and verify portfolio returns and characteristics to produce investment measurement reports for institutional clients.

The role requires strong data analysis, client service, and time management in a hybrid setup with two days in the office. Ideal candidates have a genuine interest in investments and reporting, plus a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of finance or investment

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, statistics, mathematics, or related degree.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in finance or the investment industry.

Aufgaben

• Calculate returns using custodial statements
• Reconcile returns with investment managers
• Obtain client information from investment managers/recordkeepers
• Generate portfolio characteristics
• Verify dividends/capital changes
• Interact with clients and consultants on report content
• Check returns and analysis for content and reasonability
• Respond to special requests
• Obtain non-custodial information for mutual/commingled/real estate/private equity funds
• Generate custom reports using various proprietary software programs
