Job summary

Fiducient Advisors is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to calculate and analyze client performance across a varied portfolio using multiple analytical tools. The role supports Investment Consultants and Client Analysts, ensuring accurate performance reporting and insightful client insights.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in investment consulting, a Finance/Economics background, and familiarity with CRM, Advent Black Diamond, and custodial portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• CIPM or CFA achieved or in-progress preferred.
• 3–5 years of investment consulting or financial industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, Canoe, PARis, and custodial portals is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets including equities, fixed income and alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and projects assigned to Performance Analysts.
• Mentor new and junior analysts.
• Support process improvement for the Performance team.
• Assist Investment Consultants and Client Analysts with client insights.
• Calculate, verify and reconcile performance returns using custodial data feeds.
