Job summary

Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, is seeking a Performance Analyst to calculate and analyze performance data across our client platforms and reporting tools. You will verify returns, coordinate with money managers and custodians, compile client reports, and support Investment Consultants, with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.

Hybrid work in a client-focused environment; bachelor’s required, and CFA/ CIPM candidates encouraged; base compensation ranges from $65k to $90k plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with a preferred concentration in Finance or Economics.
• CIPM or CFA candidates are a plus.
• Internship or up to three years in Investment Consulting or Financial Industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and intermediate Excel required.
• Experience with CRM, Advent Black Diamond, PARis, Canoe, and custodial portals is a plus.
• Knowledge of capital markets (domestic/foreign equity, fixed income, alternatives).
• Collaborative, hard-working professional seeking team environment.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, verify, and reconcile performance returns using custodial data feeds.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions with money managers and custodians.
• Create and execute client reporting structures.
• Collect portfolio characteristics from external sources.
• Partner with Investment Operations to provide accurate data for client tasks.
• Respond to client requests promptly and effectively.
• Support Investment Consultants.
