Job summary

Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to analyze client performance across portfolios and support the Performance team. The role involves calculating returns, collaborating with Investment Consultants, and providing specialized reporting to inform client decisions.

Wealthspire’s ecosystem emphasizes client focus, collaboration, and professional development. This hybrid role may involve some travel and requires strong Excel and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics is required.
• CIPM or CFA preferred or in-progress.
• 3–5 years investment consulting/financial industry experience preferred.
• CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, Canoe, PARis, and custodial portal experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets including domestic/foreign equity, fixed income and alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and projects assigned to Performance Analysts.
• Mentor new and junior performance analysts.
• Understand subcomponents for team processes and identify efficiencies.
• Assist Investment Consultants and Client Analysts with insights on client portfolios and performance.
• Serve as an expert resource on performance calculations and related concepts.
• Create complex client reporting structures and reconcile performance returns.
