Job summary

The Amenity Collective is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support our corporate office. You will play a hands-on role in recruiting, onboarding, and administering People programs across the organization.

You will balance administrative tasks with engagement activities, help manage benefits and training, and rely on Workday and ATS tools to maintain accurate data and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–3 years experience in Human Resources, People Operations, recruiting, or related role preferred.
• Experience supporting or managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes strongly preferred.
• Experience with an HCM system; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day People Operations support across the organization.
• Recruiting and onboarding for corporate positions.
• Support benefits, leave, performance and talent management, and training initiatives.
• Maintain data accuracy in Workday and other People systems.
• Coordinate office events and team member recognition.
• Assist with compliance, reporting, and process improvement.
