Job summary

Anyware Robotics in Fremont, CA is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, HR operations, onboarding and culture-building in a fast-paced startup.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineers and professionals, maintain HRIS records, coordinate payroll and benefits, and help scale our People operations while upholding our integrity and mission. This hands-on role offers growth and equity potential within a company blending robotics and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years in an HR Generalist/People Ops or requisition role preferred.
• Hands-on recruiting experience with ATS/HRIS tools.
• Experience supporting benefits, payroll, performance management, or employee relations.
• Knowledge of California employment law and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for engineers, roboticists, and professionals; manage postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in ATS and ensure timely updates.
• Oversee HR operations including benefits administration, payroll coordination, performance management, and HRIS records.
• Drive onboarding and employee engagement through feedback, recognition, and team-building activities.
• Partner with People Ops Lead to promote integrity, innovation, mission-driven execution, and high performance.
