Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pension Coordinator to support Large Case Pensions customers from our Hartford office, working in a Customer Service Call Center and ensuring accurate data changes, payments, and reissues within prescribed policies.

The hybrid work model requires in-office presence Tuesday–Thursday and work-from-home Monday and Friday, with hours 7:45am–4:15pm EST; duties include document management and letter production.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or pensions preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Bilingual language preferred.
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely support to pensions customers.
• Assist with data changes, payments, and reissues.
• Manage documents including scanning and uploading.
• Produce and mail letters as required.
