Responsibilities

• Assist Underwriters with pre-sales, renewals, plan changes, and reporting.
• Prepare ratings by analyzing census data and plan designs to develop manual rates.
• Maintain accuracy targets and ensure timely delivery of ratings.
• Support renewal analyses, census integrity, and pricing tools.
• Document renewal notes and communicate with underwriting team.
