Trinity Health At Home is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role. This position involves handling calls, triaging needs, and logging interactions, with 2 days per week in a Hartford, Connecticut office and 3 days remote.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems. Healthcare or Medicare knowledge is a plus, and Epic experience is preferred.

• Experience navigating multiple computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle telephone inquiries from customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Identify caller needs and triage to the appropriate department.
• Log calls and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Transfer calls to the correct party, with proper announcements.
• Escalate issues to management when needed and document outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
