The role handles complex retirement, survivor, and account adjustments, ensuring data integrity and compliance with IRS regulations.

The hybrid position requires proficiency in Excel, strong mathematical and analytical abilities, and precise documentation.

Qualifications

Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills for high‑volume, deadline‑driven work.
Proficiency in Excel; advanced Excel skills are needed for the role.
Ability to work within strict guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
Knowledge of financial processes, automated disbursement systems, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

Accurately process retirement, survivor, and account-adjustment benefit calculations.
Maintain data integrity and apply IRS regulations to payouts and reporting.
Research and verify financial transactions, reporting systems, and member information.
Communicate with employers to verify documents and resolve inquiries.
Use computer systems to retrieve data and process payments outside standard systems.
