Formación

• Must have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly in writing and over the phone.
• Experience handling public inquiries and providing accurate information is required.
• Ability to learn state statutes and internal PSPRS policies and apply them to member questions.

Responsabilidades

• Explain pension plan provisions and procedures to members, boards and employers.
• Assist members with online enrollment and system access.
• Troubleshoot login and system issues for Member Support System sites.
• Answer questions about PSPRS, CORP and EORP plans.
• Elevate complex inquiries to supervisors when needed.
• Provide routine retirement counseling to members and employers.
