You will manage the end-to-end payroll process for all North American employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations. This hybrid role combines onsite collaboration with remote work two days per week.

You will audit payroll data, prepare reports for management, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to policy improvements while protecting payroll confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or HR.
• Experience with US payroll including federal/state tax.
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll process for all employees.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and stakeholders.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll data integration.
• Assist in development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
