Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run payroll processing and settlements to ensure employees are paid on time.
• Audit retro transactions to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Analyze reports and audits to prevent incorrect payroll results.
• Troubleshoot pay-impacting errors in integrations (e.g., UKG).
• Provide Tier 2 support via Service Now and explain taxes, garnishments, and deductions.
