Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support multiple client payrolls across weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly cycles. You will enter data, run payrolls, and deliver accurate reports with a focus on compliance and client service.

The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Westerville, OH or Gadsden, AL, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative, people-first culture that values accuracy, integrity, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience providing multi-state/multi-payroll service for large client groups.
• Advanced PrismHR and/or iSolved system experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Specialist II, or ability to demonstrate mastery of Specialist II functions.
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws, taxes, and garnishments.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of assigned client base to meet payroll needs and process updates.
• Accurately key payroll data and run weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payrolls.
• Maintain payroll records for multiple clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Import and audit time files, generate payroll reports, and communicate with clients.
• Provide third-level support for Payroll Specialist I/II as needed.
