You will administer garnishments, resolve discrepancies, and support audits and reporting to improve payroll processes while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing and payroll administration with high accuracy.
• Experience with payroll taxes and multi-state regulatory compliance.
• Experience with garnishments and other statutory deductions.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and office software (HRIS/Payroll platforms, Excel, and related tools).
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-location environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field preferred.
