LHH is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist in Nashville, TN, to manage payroll for 3,000+ employees across the US. This hybrid role involves processing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will handle tax deposits, year-end tasks, and payroll reporting, with emphasis on confidentiality and process optimization. Proficiency in ADP WFN, Workday, Oracle, UKG, and MS Office is required.

• Must have 4+ years of end-to-end payroll processing in-house in a high-volume environment across multiple states.

Senior Payroll Specialist

The senior payroll specialist will be responsible for timely payroll administration of 3000+ employees throughout the US, ensuring that accuracy and compliance are adhered to the applicable laws and regulations.

What you would be doing:

• Process bi-weekly and weekly payrolls for employees throughout multiple plant locations (3,000+ employees in multiple states)
• Make tax deposits and supports filing of quarterly/annual tax reports
• Calculating and processing employee salary, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
• Process new hires and terminations
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in ADP WFN, eTime
• Prepare and submit payroll reports (Excel exports/uploads)
• Weekly payroll reconciliation
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
• Support the Payroll Manager with special projects when needed

What we need from YOU!

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with end to end (in house) payroll processing in a high volume setting/multiple states
• Proven knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, large payroll platforms (ADP WFN, Workday, Oracle, UKG, etc.)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the upmost discretion.

***This position is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 WFH) and located in south Nashville ***

Hours: Monday- Friday (40/hrs/week), 7:30-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
