The role requires detail orientation, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior payroll or HR/payroll operations experience is preferred, with SAP familiarity as a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of payroll, accounting, HR, or related experience.
• Experience with payroll data validation and payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid schedule in Irving, TX.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• No security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate supplemental pay requests.
• Process and validate off-cycle payroll requests.
• Review payroll information for accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
• Support payroll adjustments and other special payroll transactions.
• Respond to payroll inquiries within SLAs.
• Research and resolve payroll-related questions and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Handle confidential employee and payroll information.
• Assist with payroll system enhancements and process improvements.
• Prioritize recurring payroll responsibilities and time-sensitive requests.
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, and internal business teams.
