Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate biweekly payroll processing for our U.S. employees across multiple states. You will manage payroll data, taxes, deductions and respond to employee inquiries while maintaining strict compliance with federal and state regulations.

The role progresses from onsite to hybrid as you settle in, collaborating with HR and Finance to optimize payroll processes and reporting using Dayforce and SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of U.S. payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
• Experience with Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, garnishments, and deductions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees in a multi-state environment.
• Validate payroll data, deductions, taxes, and benefits accurately.
• Support reconciliations, quarter-end and year-end activities, including W-2s.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
