SNI Companies in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Hybrid team. The position requires strong experience with ADP Workforce (or Paylocity) in high-volume, multi-state payroll and benefits administration.

You will process payroll, manage time sheets, reconcile data, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) with potential training on-site, along with a competitive pay rate and healthcare monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ADP Workforce or Paylocity with high-volume payroll and multi-state experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce and generating payroll reports.
• Benefits administration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly/bi-weekly payrolls into ADP WORKFORCE payroll software, handling new hires, terminations, transfers and status changes.
• Collect weekly time sheets and calculate employee hours paid.
• Prepare general ledger entries related to payroll.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate reports.
• Ensure pay practices comply with FLSA and wage/hour laws.
• Maintain ADP database for employee changes and audits.
• Perform benefits administration including status changes and reporting.
• Assist HR with admin tasks and ad-hoc projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
