Job summary

Green House, a Brand-to-Demand marketing agency powering FrontLine, seeks a Payroll Manager to own the full payroll function for a national workforce across multiple states in a hybrid Miami, FL environment. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing, manage audits, and partner with HR, Finance, and Operations on benefits, ACA reporting, W-2s, and month-end close.

The role demands deep knowledge of federal and multi-state wage-and-hour laws and payroll tax obligations, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll administration with multi-state processing.
• Knowledge of multi-state wage/hour laws and payroll taxes (FICA, FUTA, SUTA).
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity, Paycom, UKG) and proficiency in Excel for payroll analysis and GL reporting.
• CPP certification preferred; FPC considered.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for all employees across multiple states and pay schedules.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Conduct monthly payroll audits and support audits.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll-related accounting entries, accruals, GL reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing payroll questions and partnering with HR on onboarding and benefits (ACA reporting and W-2).
• Identify and implement system enhancements to reduce manual effort and mitigate payroll risks.
