Center For Sight is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for a large, multi-site medical practice. You will coordinate payroll processing, audits, and system administration while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role requires collaboration with HR, finance, and operational leaders to manage changes, acquisitions, and provider compensation. A strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and people-focused payroll service is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five years of progressive payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations, tax coordination, timekeeping systems, and year-end processing.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, payroll conversions, or system implementations.
• Experience processing payroll for a large, multi-site, or multi-state organization.
• Experience supporting a healthcare organization preferred.
• Minimum of two years of payroll leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of regular, supplemental, off-cycle, and special payrolls.
• Audit and reconcile payroll data, tax records, and related accounts.
• Manage timekeeping systems and ensure accurate recording of hours.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws and reporting requirements.
• Support acquisitions, payroll conversions, and system implementations.
• Lead payroll team members and collaborate with HR, finance, and operations.
