Job summary

MiMedx Group, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead global payroll operations. The role reports to the Director of Payroll & Commissions and is hybrid, with two days weekly in our Marietta, GA office.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in multi-state payroll, 5+ years in management, and CPA/CPP credentials are preferred. Responsibilities span US, Canada, and Japan payroll processing, tax filings, and audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in multi-state payroll and/or accounting.
• 5+ year managerial experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional required.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all payroll processes for United States, Canada, and Japan ensuring deadlines.
• System administrator for workforce management system; ensure accuracy of timesheets, attendance and PTO tracking.
• Ensure accurate wages and tax withholdings per federal/state regulations, pay frequency and location.
• Balance and distribute year-end forms (W-2s and T-4s).
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close, providing payroll data to accounting.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and audits; coordinate with HRIS and Benefits teams.
