You will manage a payroll team, ensure controls, and partner with HR and finance to support reliable payroll delivery.

The role requires seven years of payroll experience, including three years leading a payroll function, and hands-on Workday/ADP expertise.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required.
• Payroll certifications preferred.
• Minimum seven years payroll experience, with at least three years leading a payroll team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing team of Payroll Specialists processing payroll for 3,000+ employees.
• Oversee weekly and biweekly payroll cycles in accordance with contract requirements.
• Administer and oversee Workday and ADP timekeeping systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices.
• Provide training across the company on payroll policies and timekeeping.
