Job summary

Redion, part of the Generali Group, is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Specialist to ensure accurate biweekly payroll processing and ADP Workforce Now administration. The role supports HRIS configuration and reporting from our Pembroke Pines, FL office in a hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of multistate payroll experience and proven HRIS proficiency, with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
• 3+ years of experience processing multistate payroll for a medium size company.
• 3+ years of experience working within an HRIS system.
• Must be customer focused and driven to provide outstanding customer experience to employee base.
• Must be detailed-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Organized and able to prioritize accordingly.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Process multistate biweekly payroll in compliance with current policies and laws.
• Perform payroll and data integrity audits as needed.
• Update payroll documentation, state taxation and system updates.
• Assist in payroll implementation projects.
• Handles GLs in collaboration with finance department.
• Maintain data in systems and perform audits for clean information.
• Develop reporting capabilities of HR systems.
• Assist in processing employee data, leaves, benefits, and status changes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HRIS users.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify system improvements and test configurations.
• Program custom functions and documentation like automated queries and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
