Job summary

Redion in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team on a hybrid basis. You will handle biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now and assist in HRIS design, configuration, and administration to keep data accurate and compliant.

You will process multistate payroll, audit data integrity, maintain leaves and benefits records, and develop reporting across HR systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of multistate payroll processing experience.
• 3+ years working within an HRIS system.
• Strong Excel skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Process multistate biweekly payroll in compliance with policies and laws.
• Perform payroll and data integrity audits as needed.
• Update payroll documentation, state taxes and system updates.
• Assist in payroll implementation projects.
• Handle GLs with the finance department.
• Maintain data in systems and perform audits.
• Develop reporting capabilities for HR systems.
• Process employee data, leaves, benefits, and changes.
