Confidential is seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Manager to oversee payroll across multiple companies and states and support daily HR operations.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive ADP Workforce Now experience, manage complex payroll requirements, interpret collective bargaining agreements, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience managing payroll across multiple companies and dozens of states.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including administrator-level access, payroll processing, data management, and reporting.
• Experience with ADP Enhanced Time & Attendance (eTime).
• Working knowledge of the Workday platform.
• Experience administering and reconciling federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
• Ability to interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements related to pay, benefits, and employment practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to train managers and employees.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with plant leadership to provide HR guidance on staffing and culture.
• Manage weekly payroll across multiple companies and states, including timecard reviews, payroll processing, and deductions.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, background checks, drug screening, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate with carriers, unions, and other vendors.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports for financial review.
• Coordinate open enrollment, cost analyses, and communications.
• Manage vendor reporting and reconciliations with third-party providers and insurers.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure HR records.
