World 50 Group seeks a Payroll & HR Operations Specialist in Atlanta to manage end-to-end semi-monthly payroll for US associates within a hybrid work model. The role supports HR data integrity, benefits sync, and payroll inquiries, partnering with Finance and HR teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll/HR operations, with strong attention to detail, data controls, and a proactive approach to accuracy and compliance.

Competenze

• End-to-end payroll for US associates including hires, terminations, and changes.
• Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and data integrity.
• Coordinate PTO/leave pay and related adjustments.
• Quality check monthly commissions and quarterly incentives.
• Support payroll audits with clean trails and reconciliations.
• Handle tax registrations, W-2s, and related inquiries.

Mansioni

• Own and execute semi-monthly payroll for all US associates with accuracy.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal controls for payroll workflows.
• Coordinate benefits and deductions with HR/Benefits teams.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and benefits enrollment synchronization.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA classifications and local regulations.
• Lead year-end readiness activities for W-2/1099 and fringe benefits.
