Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/HR or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience.
• Experience leading US payroll for 1,500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of US federal/state/local payroll rules.
• Experience with multi-country payroll and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US payroll operations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee payroll tax, exemptions, and year-end reporting (W-2).
• Drive process improvements and automation across payroll platforms.
• Standardize controls, metrics, and reporting across the Americas.
• Partner with HRIS, Benefits, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external providers.
