Job summary

World 50 Group is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Lead based in our Atlanta office to support HR operations and payroll services for US associates. You will work with the P&C team to deliver broadly across HR generalist activities and payroll processing, helping grow employee satisfaction and engagement.

The role emphasizes SOP development, data maintenance, benefits and compensation administration, and collaboration with talent acquisition and learning teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of work-related or post graduate experience in HR generalist or similar role.
• Experience with payroll processing.
• Strong academic credentials and leadership in extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Document and create SOPs for HR operations and processes.
• Ensure operational compliance and training of team members on HR SOPs.
• Maintain associate data and HR records in databases, software, and filing systems (UKG, Google).
• Process semi-monthly payroll for all associates.
• Support administration of benefits, compensation, performance and incentive programs.
• Advise associates on HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
• Support recruitment activities such as phone screens, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support Learning and Development programs, including LMS maintenance.
• Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and employment laws in all policies and procedures.
• Suggest new procedures to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
• Independently lead projects with supervision from HR leadership.
• Be flexible, employee-first, and handle a variety of tasks with internal/external stakeholders.

We are looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Lead to join our growing HR function. Based in our Atlanta office, this generalist role will support the P&C team to deliver HR operations and payroll services to World 50 Group in the US. Responsibilities

• Document and create SOPs for all HR operations and processes
• Ensure operational compliance and execution of all HR SOPs, including training and education of other team members
• Maintain all associate data and human resources records in databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems (UKG, Google)
• Process semi-monthly payroll for all associates
• Support administration of benefits, compensation, employee performance and incentive programs
• Advise associates on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation, and benefit programs
• Support talent acquisition team in recruitment activities such as phone screens, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Support the operational execution of Learning and Development programs, including maintenance of LMS database
• Ensure legal compliance with HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws in all policies and procedures
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole
• Independently lead projects with supervision and oversight from HR leadership
• You will need to be flexible, have a strong employee-first work ethic and be able to cope with a variety of tasks, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of work-related or post graduate experience in a HR generalist or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
• Experience with processing payroll
• Ability to write code and familiarity with UKG Pro, CrossKnowledge and Google is a plus
