Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support full cycle payroll for associates in our New Jersey locations, including data entry in Workday and resolution of payroll inquiries.

The role requires a high school diploma, payroll or accounting experience, proficiency with Excel/Access, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule and competitive wages with benefits.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with payroll or accounting functions is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full cycle payroll for associates in assigned geography and upload data to Workday.
• Troubleshoot and resolve standard payroll issues and respond to requests.
• Provide backup to other Coordinators as needed.
