Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• 3-5 years related Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with large ERP AP systems; 1099 filing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounts payable tasks for Merchandise Accounts Payable, including matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents and entering data.
• Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records and control reports.
• Review vendor disputes and old invoices to resolve issues; support SOX compliance.
