Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or accounting.
• 5–7+ years’ payroll leadership experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processes for timely, accurate pay and reporting.
• Oversee data collection, system uploads, and payroll audits.
• Manage Analysts and Specialists, guiding performance and development.
• Ensure SOX compliance and protect payroll confidentiality.
