The role requires Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense experience, advanced Excel, and a strong understanding of payroll tax withholding laws. You will support audits, reporting, and process improvements while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field with 5+ years multi-state payroll experience.
• Deltek Costpoint (v7.2+) and Deltek Time & Expense experience required.
• Proven full-cycle multi-state payroll and labor distribution experience.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, garnishments and multi-state tax withholding.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, reconciliations).

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing for a multi-state employee base with high accuracy.
• Manage weekly timesheet collection and posting of labor distributions.
• Process off-cycle payroll runs, pay adjustments, and garnishments per regulations.
• Reconcile payroll and benefit disbursements including HSAs, FSAs, and related taxes.
• Support GAAP/FAR compliance and ad-hoc reporting.
