Job summary

Lancesoft in Durham, NC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support patient advocacy and disease-awareness events. You will help with scheduling, logistics, invitations and materials, working with internal teams and approved agencies under the Patient Advocacy & Engagement framework.

This role also involves maintaining event records, coordinating travel and expenses, and organizing digital files to support the Head of Communications. Knowledge of Concur, Outlook and Excel is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience with event planning and coordination is preferred.
• Ability to schedule and track multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with corporate communications workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of patient advocacy and disease-awareness events (scheduling, logistics, invitations, materials).
• Coordinate with internal teams and approved agencies on event materials and briefings under the engagement framework.
• Maintain basic records of events (attendees, actions, follow-ups) for future planning.
• Help ensure activities involving patients follow engagement/testimonial guidance.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Communications.
• Manage diary, meeting logistics and routine correspondence for the Head of Communications.
• Coordinate travel, expenses and simple budget tracking for communications activities.
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials; take notes and track actions.
• Maintain organized digital files and shared spaces (SharePoint, Teams).
