Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference room desks, tables, and chairs for events.
• Handle indoor and outdoor event setups (pop-up tents, tables, chairs, BBQs).
• Use facility tracking systems to manage work orders and perform data entry in Excel.
• Coordinate daily room setups via MS Outlook and email communications.
• May work solo or as part of a team; cross-train to support mailroom tasks.
