Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Part-time PASRR Evaluator to perform PASRR Level II assessments in the Topeka, Kansas area. This hybrid role combines remote work with field travel to hospitals and nursing facilities. You will evaluate patients, determine levels of care, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Must hold an active Kansas license (LMHP/related) and have 3+ years in mental health assessment, plus 2+ years with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Kansas license in a health care or related discipline.
• Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in assessing/diagnosing mental or psychiatric disorders.
• 2+ years working with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PASRR Level II pre-admission screenings and reviews.
• Determine appropriate level of care based on clinical evaluation.
• Comply with HIPAA, privacy, and security policies.
• Interact with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
• Utilize web-based software for documentation and workflow.
• Travel to local care settings for field-based responsibilities.
