Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a part-time Clinical PASRR Evaluator to perform PASRR Level II screenings and determinations in the Topeka, Kansas area. The role blends remote work with on-site field visits to hospitals, nursing facilities, and community sites.

Applicants must hold an active Kansas license (LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LICSW/LCPC/LCP/RN with psychiatric specialty) and have 3+ years of mental health assessment experience. Travel and collaboration with care teams are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Kansas license in a healthcare or related discipline (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LICSW, LCPC, LCP, RN with psych specialty)
• Graduation from an accredited college/university with a relevant degree
• 3+ years of assessment/diagnosis experience in mental/psychiatric disorders
• 2+ years of experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities or related conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform PASRR Level II Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review assessments
• Determine level of care based on clinical functioning
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations
• Interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Develop recommended levels of care from clinical evaluations
